From the heart, please know that each and every time you make a purchase with us, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Repairs

Repairs are non-refundable, but include a warranty for our work should a servicing require followup adjustments. 

Repair service warranty covers the work performed by our technicians and excludes cosmetic damage, light scratches, wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, intention, or neglect.

Instruments & Accessories

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of purchase so long as receipt is provided and items are unopened, undamaged, show no sign of wear and tear, and are in new or like-new condition.   

New Instrument Warranty covers major leaks and adjustments, and does not cover cosmetic damage, light scratches, wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, intention, or neglect.

Used & Consignment instruments include 1 free set-up at the time of purchase, but does not include customizations, cosmetic damage, light scratches, wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, intention, or neglect. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds from purchases via credit or debit card transactions will be less the cost of transaction fees, approximately 5%.

Instruments, barrels, necks, headjoints, mouthpieces and alike are subject to a 10% cleaning and restocking fee.

Rehearsal Space

Rehearsal space is non-refundable.
